an exclusive gathering for leaders seeking change
Join a select group of senior leaders and change agents for a 2-night retreat at Lundy Farm, a 62-acre sanctuary in the Hudson Valley. This immersive experience blends strategic reflection, human connection, and regenerative rest to help you step confidently into what’s next.
Why?
You are looking for a new path.
What worked in the past is no longer enabling you or your team to thrive.
You’ve been hit by a truth you can’t unsee.
Whether it came quietly, or all at once, the message was clear. It’s time to change.
The world can’t wait for you any longer.
Systems are straining, stakes are rising, colleagues are looking to you for solutions, and the moment needs you. Now.

Wonderful pace, fantastic facilitation and perfect vibes.
